Islamic Law – Punishing “Victims”

An 18 year old girl was gang raped by five men in Saudi Arabia. The islamic judiciary there gave a verdict sentencing the rape victim to jail for six months and 200 lashes!!!

She was punished just because when the rape took place she had been out with a male friend of hers whom she was not married to!! Imagine a girl going out with a friend (guy) to some restaurant, and on the way back she gets gangraped, and the court then punishes her for going out with a guy whom she is not married to! What the heck?

This is what is called as the Islamic law, shariat.

Now imagine how many girls in these islamic countries will really come forward and lodge a complain even if they are raped? Because they know that on top of the trauma they already underwent, they will get more punishment too!

Also this girl’s punishment was doubled because she went to the international press to tell her story! Even her lawyer, Abdul Rahman al-Lahem’s license was cancelled and he will be subjected to disciplinary action because he talked to press about his client’s plight!

Once the news came to international media, pressure started building up on Saudi Arabia and criticism came from all over the country, and lately it is reported that the king has “pardoned” the rape victim. What a shitty culture. Pardoning a rape VICTIM!

Think of those hundreds of other victim girls in those islamic countries who never go to court for fear of punishment! What a barbaric society we are having in that other part of the world in islamic countries. Please please for heaven’s sake dont allow islam to become strong in India. You wont be able to protect your women after that.

It is illegal in those islamic countries for a girl to go out with a guy who is not her husband!! What an insecure male society it is, which doesnt trust its women!

On the other hand, those five men who raped her were only given lighter punishment for ‘kidnapping’! Why? Because the rape was NOT proved!! Why? 

For those who are not aware, in islamic countries, the female witnesses are only half as valid as male witnesses. In other words, if a girl gets raped, and if ONE guy says he didnt rape, then the girl has to bring another female/male as witness since her witness is considered only HALF of that of male. So if 2 males oppose, then she has to have four female witnesses or another two male witnesses who support her! Imagine in case of a gang rape, from where will she bring bring witnesses double the number of the men who raped her ??

By the way, the girl who got raped is a shiite muslim, and those who raped her are Sunnis, and Saudi Arabia is a Sunni country!

In 2002, 13 Saudi schoolgirls perished in a fire after the religious police prevented them from leaving the building because they were “dressed inappropriately”!! In countries such as Pakistan and Nigeria unmarried women who become pregnant, even by rape, are flogged or sentenced to death by stoning!!

All this sounds so disgusting for me to write about, just imagine the plight of women in those muslim countries with islamic shariah law.

Modi reminds Gujaratis of the promises he made in 2002 saying unlike other politicians he hasnt forgotten his promises, and asks the Gujaratis to vote based on whether he kept his promises or not! Simple and straightforward.

Congressmen – Na Italy Ka, Na India Ka

Look at some of the news reports/reactions from Congress introspection meeting after it was routed out in the Gujarat elections.

Heads are unlikely to roll in Congress suggesting that there should not be any blame game as all are equally responsible.

How all are equally responsible? When party wins its because of Sonia and Rahul! When it loses all are equally responsible?

I demand that Sonia and Rahul resign from whatever positions they are holding in the Congress party owing moral responsibility for the defeat. They were the star campaigners in Gujarat who were parachuted from Delhi 14 times and did road shows and circus on the streets of our Gujarat.

Congress Committee General Secretary B K Hariprasad has said that “You should take the resignations if anyone has faulted somewhere”. Mr Hariprasad, cant you see Sonia faulted by calling Modi “Maut Ka Saudagar”? Take her resignation now.

Another Congress leader A K Antony has said, “It is not easy to win Gujarat”. Mr Antony, going forward its not easy to win anywhere in India as long as you have Sonia and Rahul in the party.

Now comes the masterpiece of news items in this list, which says,

Another senior leader expressed regret to Gandhi, who had addressed as many as 14 meetings during the last several months in the state, for letting her down in the crucially important state.

Who let down whom? What the heck? Does he think he is Gujarat? Gujaratis kicked out Congress. Why does he think that just because Sonia addressed 14 meetings we should vote for Congress? Modi attended over 100 meetings, and we would have still voted for him even if he had attended none, and we would not have voted for Congress even if Sonia had attended 1000 meetings. Got it?

Now my message to this senior leader who expressed regret to Sonia for having let her down is, resign from the party taking moral responsibility to the defeat and retire from politics.

Now again, the greatest masterpiece news item.

Another central leader said that “Any Central leader going to Gujarat was told the does and donts by the local partymen which included not to attack Modi and not to raise the issue of Sachar Committee report on Muslims.”

“Not to attack Modi”.. he he he.. Congressmen are so scared of him…
“Not to raise sachar committee report”.. and abhishek manusinghvi kept screaming to the top of his voice on the english media channels saying there is nothing called “Soft Hindutiva” by Congress in Gujarat.

Haneef – The Hero

Haneef! Who?

The same Dr. Haneef on whose arrest our great minority prime minister lost his sleep. When terror stuck in Mumbai, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Bangalore etc, our prime minister was happily sleeping under his rugs. Today when Hindus are being prosecuted in Malaysia he is again happily sleeping. But when poor Haneef got arrested in Australia on terror charges, he couldnt sleep but only weep.  

Anyway, coming back to Haneef, good that atleast one Indian accused of terrorism was later proven to be innocent. Haneef was let off saying he had nothing to do with the failed UK car bombing attacks. It was his cousins Kafeel Ahmed and Sabeel Ahmed who were behind those attacks, not Haneef.

Now Haneef wants Australian government to provide compensation for all the mental trauma he and his family went through. Perfectly valid. Since the australian police had arrested him without any proper evidence, and since he is proven not guilty, he and his family would have definitely gone through mental trauma when others thought him to be a terrorist and when he was behind the bars. Austrialian government should definitely provide him some compensation. I really mean it.

But now comes the interesting part which none have observed till todate. Why the hell has this joker Haneef not condemned his cousin brothers even once till today for the act of terror they did? Why hasnt he given even a single message to the muslim youth of India asking them not to follow the path of his cousin brothers? It has been over six months now and I have been observing all only celebrating that Haneef was released, but none condemning the acts of Kafeel and Sabeel.

Let us revisit the story of Haneef again. Dr Haneef tried to leave Australia on a one way ticket to India, without notifying his employer that he was taking leave.  He did not even have time to send a email to his employer!  The excuse was that he had a new born baby – wasn’t this baby already one month old when the incident took place?  Was it a surprise to Dr Haneef that this baby was born? Has he answered to these questions?

Coincidentally Dr Haneef’s attempted abrupt departure just happened to be when his cousins, with whom he had shared a house in London, tried to bomb an airport!

Even if Haneef was not involved in the attacks, wasnt his duty ATLEAST to tell the poice, media and country what the truth was, what his cousins were up to, anything else that he knew, and then say that he condemned it all, and to suggest the youth of his community not to follow the example of his cousins and cause both danger and shame to their country and religion?

He has not done any of these things and instead wants a compensation now.
Who will compensate for the acts of terror by his cousins? Who will compensate for the trauma undergone by the relatives of the victims of terrrorism which his cousins caused?

Why am I a Hindu?

There is a fundamental difference between saying “I am a Hindu” and between saying “I am a Christian or a Muslim”

When a person says “I am a Muslim” or “I am a Christian”, there is no place for any other religion. Islam does not believe in other religion and calls non-believers using a derogatory term called kafirs. Christianity says that if you are not a christian then you will go to hell. Forget about going to hell, if you are not a Hindu, then you are already IN HELL.

When a person says “I am a Hindu”, it means there is equal space for all other religions too. Hinduism never asks people of other religion to convert to itself, for it believes that all religions are one and the same. The core message of Hinduism is that God is one and different people call him with different names. So when I say “I am a Hindu”, I also mean that “You can be a Christian, You can be a Muslim”. Not the same case with other religions like Christianity and Islam which want to convert whole world into their respective religion.

So the core message is that if all religions should continue to exist in the world, then Hinduism should be the most dominant religion on this planet, because it allows every other religion to exist. This universal brotherhood is the reason why I am a Hindu. This is also the reason that why all should fight for the cause of Hinduism to make sure that all other humans can continue to live with their own beliefs and religion, as long as they dont intrude into others. In other words, no missionary or forced conversions should be allowed, nor religious laws should be implemented in public domain like in islamic countries. Keep religion as a private affair. Problems start when we mix politics with it.

Congress Stunts

Congress tried every possible flop method to defeat Modi in this Gujarat elections, and we all know that it utterly failed. Be it wooing BJP rebels, doing Sonia Rahul road shows, false allegations and what not..

One of such funny stunts by Congress was also the advertisements it gave in the local print media about Modi and BJP!

Below are some excerpts

1) In one advertisement it showed a picture of Modi wearing shoes while praying to God!

2) In another advertisement it showed Modi talking to a Muslim!

3) In a third advertisement it showed Advani wearnig a muslim cap!

4) In yet another advertisement it showed the photo of the dreaded terrorist Azhar Masood saying BJP released this terrorist!!

And all this ad propaganda was attempted to show to the Gujaratis that Modi/BJP were not true Hindus!

But the Congress did not realize its mistake when it bought in Sonia and Rahul in the campaign. A common man of Gujarat asked, what is the full name of Sonia and Rahul?

Just an observation

Why do muslims want democracy in all countries where they are in a minroty, ex: India, UK, US, etc where as all the muslim majority countries on this planet are Islamic nations! Democracy when in minority, islamic nation when in majority!

Doesnt it mean that going by this trend, if muslims become a majority on this planet then this will become an islamic earth?

Why in India, a muslim can have upto four wives while people of other religions can have only one? What if I found a new religion which allows 10 wives, which allows taking drugs, etc. Will I be able to practise my religion also?

Government of India gives subsidies to muslims who go to Haj, fine. But on the other hand Hindus who go to Manas Sarovar and Amarnath yatra have to pay taxes? What kind of secularism is this? Even Aurangazeb made non-muslims i.e Hindus pay tax called Jazia tax during the mughal/muslim rule in India. Its the same situation even today, free Haj for muslims, tax for hindus who go to Manas Sarovar!

Muslims have been given minority status in all the Indian states where their percentage are less. Why havent Hindus been given minority status in those Indian states where they are in a minority like in Kashmir, Mizoram etc? What kind of f***** secularism is this?

Can any of my secular friends show the guts to answer my questions?
