Terrorism and Gujarat Elections

Congress objected to it when Modi talked about Terrorism and the ineffectiveness of Congress in handling it. It said Modi is dividing Hindus and Muslims by talking about terrorism! Dividing? I fail to understand how talking about terrorism can be the same as dividing hindus and muslims? A terrorist is a terrorist and has no religion. Is Congress sugeesting that Muslims are terrorists? Who is doing communalism by saying this?

Look at some of the facts now.

All over India in the past three and half years under UPA rule there have been about 4000 deaths due to terrorism!

In Gujarat, under Modi in the past 5 years there has been only one death due to terrorism!

Now that speaks for it when Modi dares the terrorists to try their hands in Gujarat. Isnt this an achievement?

Why was the Congress so opposed to Modi talking about terrorism in the election campaigns? Dont they have the basic common sense that law and order is a state subject in India?

Congress led UPA government has not yet implemented the Supreme Court of India order to give death penalty to the dreaded terrrorist Afzal Guru who masterminded the parliament attacks, even after a year after the order was given by the court!

Isnt this a failure of the Congress?

Congress repealed POTA the act which was brought by the earlier BJP led NDA government to control terrorism. Now none of the people who had carried out terror attacks ever since UPA came to power have been caught or punished. On the other hand in Gujarat, those terrorists who had attacked Akshardham had been gunned down, and the masterminds behind it arrested and convicted under POTA and even punished.

Now tell me, who has won the battle of terrorism? Congress in center or BJP in Gujarat?
